How many charging stations can be used per site?
The Autel system decides how many charging stations that can be used per site.
How does Enegic communicate with the Autel charging station?
Enegic informs Autel about the available charging capacity in real-time. Enegic doesn't communicate directly with the charging station when it comes to Autel.
Which charging stations are supported?
Autel MaxiCharger AC Wallbox is supported.
What happens if Enegic goes offline?
After the monitor has been offline for about 2 minutes, we start sending the predefined offline values to Autel.
Can you charge your EV using self-produced solar power?
Currently not available.
Is multi-point monitoring available?

How to install Enegic with EV chargers from Autel?
Enegic Monitor is often installed at the same time as your EV charger. However, it is possible to install Enegic after the charger is installed.
The current sensors are connected to the three phases of the property: L1, L2, and L3. For Enegic to work properly, the sensors are ideally installed as close to the distribution station as possible. With Enegic one, installation via the P1/RJ12 port is also available.
The installation is usually performed by a certified electrician.
