What is the Enegic Monitor?

The Enegic Monitor is an advanced solution for dynamic power management. We offer advanced monitoring of your electricity usage.

Enegic reports the available power output to Wallbox, thus balancing the power curve and possibly saving you unnecessary electric costs.

By monitoring the property's total power output you are able to keep the main fuse from getting triggered.

Compatible with all properties

Enegic's solution is compatible with all properties, ranging from small private homes 16A to building complexes 2,5kA. In addition, Enegic is specifically designed to work regardless if you have a new or old electrical meter.

Get information about the property's total power output

Enegic monitors and communicates the property's total power output in real-time. Enegic constantly communicates the data, creating the best opportunity for power optimization.

Enegic is fully integrated with Wallbox, reporting all necessary data to the EV charger through the Enegic cloud.

This means that you get all information about the total power output in a clear and accessible way – making it easier than ever to optimize your property's power usage.

To get a complete picture of the property's total power consumption, Enegic monitors the power consumption per phase. This will grant more detailed data.

Get the app

Information about the property’s power consumption is all available in the Enegic app. The app makes it easier than ever for you to load balance your EV charger as well as identify KPIs and optimize your power usage.

More about Wallbox and Enegic

Enegic and Wallbox.

How many charging stations can be used per site?

We recommend a maximum of two chargers per installed Enegic Monitor.

How does Wallbox communicate with the charging station?

Enegic informs Wallbox about the real-time available charging capacity. Then, Wallbox optimizes the EV charging based on the reported values.

Which charging stations are supported?

We have run our tests on Wallbox Pulsar Max but all Wallbox chargers are supposed to work with Enegic.

What happens if Enegic goes offline?

After the monitor has been offline for about 2 minutes, we start sending the predefined offline values to Wallbox.

Can you charge your EV using self-produced solar power?

We're working together with Wallbox to be able to provide this functionality in the future.

Is multi-point monitoring available?

We're working together with Wallbox to make multi-point monitoring available as soon as possible.

Is optiCharge available?

We're working together with Wallbox to make optiCharge available for Wallbox-users in the future.

How to install Enegic with EV chargers from Wallbox?

Enegic Monitor is often installed at the same time as your EV charger. However, it is possible to install Enegic after the charger is installed.

The current sensors are connected to the three phases of the property: L1, L2, and L3. For Enegic to work properly, the sensors are ideally installed as close to the distribution station as possible. Thereafter Enegic's charging load management will be installed. With Enegic one, installation via the P1/RJ12 port is also available.

The installation will be performed by a certified electrician.
